After the Alien Chapter was released for the asymmetrical horror multiplayer game Dead by Daylight, we were curious about further skins for the Xenomorph killer being added down the line, given that cosmetic additions are a heavy focus for the title.
Well now we’ve got our first new skin: the ‘Inoculated Xenomorph,’ which incorporates the DBD universe’s ‘blight’ infection into the Alien. This offering within the Hallowed Blight cosmetic collection is part of the game’s currently running ‘Haunted by Daylight’ Halloween event.

Several injections were required to pierce the hardened exterior and reach the tissue beneath, but golden growths now infest its skeletal frame, eating away bit by bit.
Behavior Interactive also posted a video showing off the cosmetic skin.

The Inoculated Xenomorph skin can be purchased within the in-game shop.
We’ve been playing a bit of the new Alien Chapter and have enjoyed our time with it. There’s also been more Dead by Daylight rumors recently that their next addition to the game could be the Predator. It shouldn’t be long before we find out given the game’s current roadmap schedule. We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled.
