I like Master Chief, he suits the game (Well no duh since he was made for it  ) I might have to play the first one, it has been like a million years since I played it.

Try the remake out. Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary. Its updated to look all pretty like Reach, but plays the same way it did back in 2001.

Interestinc concept art. That whole in the ground in the second picture reminds me very much of "the Ark" they opened on Earth in Halo 3.

The smaller object that's shining its headlight on one of the bigger ships looks like it could be some sort of Sentinel.

That was actually the Portal on Earth in Halo 3, and the portal led them to the Ark. But yeah, I see the similarity. Most people are thinking that either it is a simple opening to the inside of the planet (like the Shield World in Halo Wars), or that it is a Portal (like the one on Earth) that leads somewhere else in the galaxy.

And I'm really hoping that that is a Sentinel. I always liked them (especially in Halo 2 and Halo Wars when there was a lot of variety). I would love to see some new types.
Especially the Strato-Sentinel, which was supposed to be in Halo 3, but was cut.

Would be fun if some of the Sentinels from Ghost of Onyx where to show in the games as well. Those were pretty damn deadly if I remember correctly, even taking out space ships.

I don't remember the specifics of GoO (been a while since i read it) but yeah, I think you're right. Those Sentinels were very cool indeed.

While we're at it, I want to see more variety in the Flood as well. Since we're going to be on a Forerunner structure, it is all but confirmed that the Flood will be in it. The first episode in Halo Legends showed a lot of cool new Flood concepts. Oh, and then there's this guy, that almost made it into Halo 2:

Also, I would love to see some Engineers as well. They were in the three most recent games (playing a huge role in ODST), and were in some of the books, too. They are actually Forerunner creations, so it would make sense to have them in the game, even if the rest of the Covenant isn't.

You should play Halo: Reach now!!! Halo 4 won't be coming out until at least next year. As in 2013.
