I doubt it, they left it like that on purpose so you can come up with your own view.
I hope they don't. It would know doubt piss off a high percentage of fans if they dislike it. And anything they come up with probably wouldn't meet expectations.

Also why would you want them to? it's better off as a mystery.

Well I know how predxeno feels the majority of my friends in real life want to know what exactly happened, and part of me does to because i'm the curious sort that can't stand to be left off with a mystery. I need to solve things or find out. its in my nature.

I wouldn't hate it either way. I like the games way too much for that.

They did. He's going to float in space forever until he's called upon to do some shit and the cycle begins anew. When he finishes that, he'll go back to sleep, rinse and repeat. No further exposition will ever be necessary.

Has anyone ever completely beaten Halo 2600?  I've beaten the first round, I keep dying at the second.

EDIT: This was made by one of the developers of the original Halo, Ed Fries, and given out during an exposition or convention or something for the Atari.  They released a flash version for those who didn't get the game at the event.
