All systems are go for the long awaited release of the first trailer for this years upcoming film, Alien: Romulus. Today on social media, Director Fede Alvarez teased something official coming tomorrow.

Some fans noticed that when the brightness was boosted on this image, a Xenomorph ready to strike appears:

We’re nearly certain this tease is referring to the long awaited first trailer for the movie. Recently we spoke with an inside source who informed us that the trailer was cut and would be dropping soon.

    Plenty have in the past. Sometimes they have scheduled drops on a busy trailer week like this. The studios all coordinate to not overlap each other. But sometimes they do, hence why Beetlejuice Beetlejuice didn't see its trailer yesterday, but likely today. The Acolyte trailer took priority.

    It may be 9AM PST which is less than 10 minutes. But I'm the case that Fede got his timezones wrong, expect anything from today to tomorrow. It could easily just be a tease of some type, and not a trailer too. But we should find out very soon.

    to break up the usual countdown a little; Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, which had its trailer rumored for yesterday but now is rumored for today or tomorrow, just dropped some first look images. Wondering if Romulus might do the same.

    It's been a while but have never really been away and have been keeping updated with all the various leaks and news on here re: Romulus. Fingers crossed for something good with the trailer!

    Last night I sat around in the theater lobby continuing with my Dune reread before my screening of Love Lies Bleeding, and then as soon as I got out of the theater I saw Fede's post about this trailer coming today.

    All is connected.
