IGN have just published their second review of the Alien Quadrilogy Boxset with the review of the Aliens set. It’s been given a score of 8/10 and here’s an extract:
“The hefty grain aside, the video is largely free of dust and scratches on the print and there is no notable artifacting or blocking, as you might expect from a relatively old transfer. It doesn’t blur during action, thanks to its relatively high bitrate of 6.39mbits/sec.”
The Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection set will be reviewed tomorrow.
