Quote from: Magegg on Nov 30, 2014, 06:23:01 AMIt's a matter of logical consistency. If the previous movies depicted the dinosaurs as non-feathered, these new ones cannot change that since it would contradict the previous entries, so, deal with it, this is a fictional universe.

There's no reason why they couldn't give us proper dinosaurs and say something like, "We've extracted full genetic codes and don't need frogs" or something like that.
Quote from: AvatarIII on Nov 30, 2014, 04:39:22 PMJurassic Park 3 had feathered dinos remember. they weren't very feathery, but it was a start. they could have just slowly added more and more feathers per sequel.

This is a fictional universe set in the same continuity of a scientifically-dated dinosaur movie. So, who cares about making it scientifically accurate?
