I never got to play CE or 2's multiplayer, sadly, so I can't really say for them.

For 3 and 4, it's Valhalla/Ragnarok
And for Reach, it's Blood Gulch/forge world/Hemorrhage.

Looks excellent; definitely better than the first map pack.

Also, that video reminded me that I am not only behind on Spartan Ops, but I never collected the terminals either That settles it, I need to play some Halo 4 soon. Haven't touched the campaign since November 6th, and haven't touched any multiplayer in probably a month and a half.
