Valhalla? Huh, I was kinda hoping for a Blood Gulch/Hemorrhage map, though I guess Valhalla kinda was Halo 3's version of it, in a way.

From that angle it looks near-definitely to be Valhalla. And awesome to see the Mantis is in MP!

[Edit] Just looked up Ragnarok in hopes to find a Norse Mythology connection... and there is! This basically confirms it.

Turns out Kelly and Fred are also going to show up in FUD, Fred seems fine but the actress playing kelly seems a little small to me

I find it really disappointing how the Flood arm claw/spike is just a reskinned Energy Sword. Like... they even have that as the displayed weapon in use, not to mention it holds the same perspective... just makes playing as the Flood non-unique. Would a new weapon indicator be so much to ask for? Hopefully they've at least altered the noise.

I was about to say that the energy sword logo is probably only temporary, but then I remembered that the game already went gold...Maybe its older footage?

Possibly, it's not unusual [to be loved by anyone] for a developer to use an older build for public demos, even close to release.

Perhaps they'll be using some forced perspective to bring them all up to size?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing while watching it. Would have been great to get some Flood spines or claws as weapons, instead of this generic spike thingy.
