I've been there. Set your phone alarm and see if you squeeze in a mid-day 15-20 minute power nap, even in your parked car if you can. I personally find it's a big help to pull through days like those.

God, naps do me even worse. Had another bad night and woke up super early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. Gonna be an unproductive day.

One word: Cardio.

Many words: You'll get sleepy earlier, sleep harder, and get up a lot easier. Even if all you do is go for a 45 minute walk in the evening or at night.

Paid no attention to the cellphone alien isolation game.  Have watched Covenant a total of 2 times.  Haven't finished Cold Forge.

I did read Dust to Dust recently, and it was pretty okay except for the ending.
