So how do you add a new AVP parodie to the site?

There's no way you can do it yourself mate, as you need to have Admin access to the site. If you PM what you've found to Hicks, I'm sure he'd be happy to help you out. He mainly deals with that kind of thing if I'm not mistaken.

Does the Parodie sighting have be humorous or could be like a homage like a Weyland-Yutani sign appears on a wall?

Yeah, contact Darkness as he wrote that page originally. I don't know his criteria.

I do a lot of the articles and reviews and interviews but most of the base articles are Darkness'. It'll tell you the page author on the website actually.
