How do you explain JP3 then?

Anyway, I think Joe did okay with JP3, it was the shallowness of the story and characters, and the dumb Spinosaurus that messed it up.

How do you explain JP3 then?

Spielberg had nothing to do with JP3.

Spielberg produced it. He personally hired Joe because they had been working at ILM together for a very long time. Joe wanted to direct TLW, but Spielberg wanted to direct that, so he told Joe he could direct the 3rd film.

Um, dude, Verhoeven is reknowned for making incredibly violent movies. The JP films were all PG-13. They were scary, but not total bloodbaths. You really think Verhoeven will want to rhein it back to fit the masses?

^Yeah but made great movies, if he did made a Jurassic park movie it would most likey be PG-13 because the studio would make it PG-13.

I just think the idea is kinda lame and cheesy. Not as bad as the dinos with guns idea (still can't believe people actually thought it was a good idea), we need something that actually furthers the story. That was the problem with JP3.

Aren't the dino-soldiers what Spielberg is pushing for?

I want the human roles to be better, in JP3 they feel like people who where just trying to surrvie from Spinosaurus and they feel like cardboard characters.
