There's one major difference from the movie, the Rex literally picks up the jeep and throws it! How awesome would that be to see in a remake? 

The Dilo scene is like something out of a George Romero zombie film. Poor Nedry wasn't even characterized as much as a villain but more of a pissed off employee resorting to espionage out of desperation as opposed to his more token Spielberg portrayal. It makes his death tad bit more gringeworthy knowing how more drawn out and creepy it is in the book.

If that music is from the last scene of the movie, i will say here right now that it means that it ends on a cliffhanger and we will be set for a chaotic in the best sense of the word final movie for the new trilogy.

If the new game is as half as good as i think is gonna be we will be in front of the ultimate dinosaur simulator/game.
