Obviously it's hard to say because we don't know how this one ends, but the movie is probably following the same structure as the first one. Everything is fine, Hybrid escapes and runs amok as well as the other dinos I'm assuming, people die, and they escape the island after probably killing the hybrid.

assuming they don't decide to bomb the island to get rid of the them once and for all, where do you all think the next installment should or would go, or should this be the last film in the franchise?

They'll most likely expand on the "trained raptor" + the "hybrid" idea and give us a revamped version of the original Jurassic Park 4 script. Think "Island of Dr. Moreau" meets "Moonraker". With stuff like this:
