I own several Papo dinosaurs and they are top quality. i really want their carnotaurus.

I received the Papo T.Rex as a Christmas gift. It's OK. It, along with the Spinosaurus, are actually pretty inaccurate in terms of their design. They draw too heavily on Jurassic Park.

That is just so awesome that you guys got him.  Love where he talks about seeing JP all put together finally and he's like "It's not terrible!"  I can understand how people that have worked on acclaimed films tend to not take it as seriously as the fans.  It's a nightmare putting these things together!

I've always wondered how movie props in general are put up for sale. Is it via former/current employees?

Not sure on that one.  Looks like this guy somehow collects rare movie props and sells them later.  It's amazing how much of the trailer and cage are actually constructed of wood.  Should make for easy fixes then.   I just hope the winning bidder restores them and enters them in some kind of movie car/ prop museum - where you can enter the trailer and everything works, and the raptor makes noises.
