I want to see a T.Rex fight an Ankylosaurus in the movie. Why? Because dinosaurs, that's why.

I'd like to see dinosaurs grazing, laying around, yawning, itching themselves, grooming, socialising, enjoying a scrubdown, enduring their exuberant dinosaurlings. Preferably without roaring or posing. Y'know, generally being animals rather than monsters, which I think the last two films (particularly JP3) have forgotten.

But yeah, watching an inter-dinosaur hunt would be cool. Maybe even a failed one, which is another unadapted element from the second book.

I guess Eddie is the one that drove this baby....

I was always interested who did, not surprised it was Eddie, Nick and/or Ian couldn't handle the power. Always loved that the vehicles John Hammand had for them were Mercedes-Benz  8)

Funny, cause in the book they were Ford Explorers, which was the vehicle used in the first film- where as the vehicles in the first book were Toyota Land Cruisers.

Like this?

Def. right about the Ford Explorers too.
Spoiler
If Hammand spared no expense, why would he buy a Fix Or Repair Daily band of vehicles?  :P

The Explorers do look much nicer, you have to admit.

I believe we almost had this movie before it devolved into this nonsense

Jurassic Park changed everything but we've seen nothing but JP dinos since then. It's going to take someone with balls to go, "You know what, we can do better now" for another leap like that.

Actually, this movie would've been absolutely perfect in my view had the voices not been included.

^I agree, hopefully when the DVD comes out they have an option to turn them off or have the narrator from the BBC series narrating.

^ Film takes place 22 years after the original. Real time ;)

^This is an old report.. but it had info on the characters:

QuotePratt would star as the movie's male lead, a rugged ex-military man, whose foil is the already-cast Bryce Dallas Howard, who plays a smart corporate scientist.

Roughly the same basic descriptions of the lead characters of the John Sayles script for Jurassic Park 4. So they are probably using some "elements" at least? The leads on that script were: Nick Harris, an ex-military guy down on his luck who gets hired by Richard Hammond for a special mission. Maya, a biologist and animal trainer who worked for Grendel Corporation.
