Haha. I guess he could at least explain his motivation as an actor as to why his character would do such a silly thing. Or at least he might be able to recall how Spielberg explained it.

I always chalked it up to him being a follower. He'd rather follow the rest than take a chance being on his own.

We never exactly saw his fate ... so he might still be running around on the island covered in Tyrannosaur pee.
