Don't be surprised if the official poster ends up simply being the new JP logo against a solid background. The Jurassic Park series seems pretty set in its designs.

After Ellie's appearance in JP3, I'd be very happy just not having her awkwardly stuck in the next film. The scenes in 3 weren't bad, kind of amusing, until she called the marines...

I didn't quite get that either. A civilian calls the marines, and they're right on it, showing up all like "MERICA! F**K YEA!" on the beach over a few idiots that ignored flight restrictions, a boy that had been gone for months (I guess previously no shits were given), and a poor sucker that bought the innocent story of the idiots. Everyone else died besides Mr. Best Intentions who was magically rescued by Team America sometime after he was floating away under attack by pterodactyls.
