The first Jurassic Park will always remain the best, but as long as the Dinos in part 4 don't interbreed or equip rocket launchers, I'll probably end up seeing it.

They could get away with having the original Rex couple making a comeback. The oldest known Tyrannosaurus was 28 - assume InGen accelerated their growth (I vaguely remember hearing the animals were supposed to be around four years old) and they could still be within that.
