I watched the video, and it doesn't actually happen in the game. It's live action, and it is just amazing. The following is spoilers for the video.

The Spartan that takes the bomb is Thom, the one that Noble Six replaces- it doesn't look like any of the Spartans we have seen so far, and it is also supposedly the backstory behind how Kat lost her arm (which seems very plausible seeing as she does have her arm in the trailer, and it is used to carry the bomb.. before getting hit by the Banshee mortar.

Meh, it was alright. I still think Blomkamp's Halo 3 live-action trailers were the best.
