When I first read this, I thought Aeus meant the clouds and stuff. But I see what you mean now. The ring did look a bit odd. Not bad, but odd.

It doesn't really look Forerunner to me; that's my biggest problem. I'm getting much more of a Covie vibe from it.

The colours are right, but the shapes and forms aren't. Looks too organic; the Forerunner aesthetic is all stark geometric shapes, straight lines and angles, with very few smooth or curved surfaces.

These graphics are good for halo CE but I kinda think they're sub-Reach, Is it just me?

They're not sub Reach, theyre just less busy and less detailed purposely, so as to fit with the CE style.
