Not exercising as of yet though I do work so I'm not entirely dormant either.
It's my eating lifestyle that I've been working on, particularly with the abolishment of stuff like chocolate bars.
I don't buy lunch as much either (though I like getting the chicken rice bowl from this new Japanese place every Saturday because it's legit awesome),
I've been making some lunches more from tuna sandwiches with green onion to chicken and rice with fried bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, green onion as well as minced ginger and garlic. I enjoy vegetables better fried, not only do I HATE boiled vegetables but fried is actually healthier too, and even my parents at the least have moved away recently from boiling to steaming which is still better as well as healthier than boiled, so with all that I've been eating my veggies more.
