Thanks guys. I'm doing a little better now that the deed is done. He's no longer suffering, and I don't have to dread making the call anymore. God bless my old man, he took him in while i dug the grave. I'm so sick of graves.
I went and bought some cleaning supplies and food and have been cleaning everything in sight. It's what i usually do after a death and it helps. I get it from my mom. I've got family staying close today, and I've got his mama here with me too, so I'm not alone.
It's a gorgeous day outside, so i might mow later and distract myself with that. If i can just get to sleep tonight, I'll be on the other side of it tomorrow. I just dread the sun going down.
