Xenos acid is some strong stuff, it's probably more nano machine than organic. I'd think Necros would be too stupid to notice hibernating aliens. So the necros would be picked off one by one.

I remember reading somewhere that necrosis only see in infared so they wouldn't even see the Xenos

Xeno's can also outmaneuver Necro's.
