Not had chance to sit and read them yet.  The American Cinematographer issue is a re-buy as my original copy has gone missing.  Not read it in time so looking forward to reading them once I get a quiet moment to myself.

Does that contain all the F&S series in order in one collection?

In release order (would have prefer chronological) in one collection plus about 30 pages of behind the scenes stuff. Haven't read through it yet though.
