Well, I wouldlike a new sig. This one is a doozy though.
Quick question since it is relevant for it.
You know how to actually cut something out of the image, a face say, and put it on another?

Well, with Paint you have the cut tool... but you have to be really, really careful. Look at the Goldblumasaurus Rex in the Friend Tags thread - I cut the contours of Goldblum's head and hair entirely with the mouse. Dunno what you can do with PS really.

Ps. I really would like to know how to do transparency with Paint!

You got a shape making tool that allows you to make shapes, and once you will the gaps, it fills in with the desired color?
