I use a brand called Sculpey. Used for modelling.

I often use the translucent skin coloured stuff. Really good.

Well, still haven't fixed Elder yet, just haven't had the time. but I got Classic. That's my new favorite figure. And ALL his joints were perfect! That's what I want out of my figures. Good quality, outstanding detail. I didn't think I'd be o happy with it cause the proto's visors looked a little off.

In august I pre-ordered Gort and the Elder from Forbidden Planet when they were marked Pre-order. Now they're marked out of stock and the suppliers will have a shipment on the 15th of September.
Hope this means the Elder will have more movable joints ...... Somehow.

Yeha careful. If you shake it more than twice, you're playing with it.

Yes hot water should do it. It weakens any glue stuck in the joints and just makes the figure harder to snap because it becomes a bit bendy instead.

Its not a 100% garentee that it will work.

Love this set.  And the paint apps have improved greatly over the other series in my opinion.

I've included a shot of the Series 3 P1 with the P1 from the TRU two-pack to show the difference in the paint apps.

looks great!. elder looks worst out of the three though. and how the f**k did they mess up the colour of the loin cloth that much!?, its like a redish brown, not even classic from predators had such a wrong colouring (by this i mean on the TRU P1 one)

i think series 3 is great but i think neca spent all there time on the classic predator he looks the best to me gloss netting all around great figure.
