Thats f**king awesome!  It looks like a Giger Cantina from A New Hope.  Thats the Hostel bar, probably, somewhere in the former Republic of Yugoslavia.  It's awesome, until you're kidnapped and made slowly dead.

I believe that is part of the blast wave actually. I have seen the doco this is originally from. It was about certain ways the world could end. They did asteroid, outbreak, the Yellowstone supervolcano and the hadrom collider. They took the footage from the asteroid segment and put in the bullet when it hit, so I am pretty sure that is all they did, unless I am mistaken on what this is from. It looks pretty simiular at the very least.
