My eating window is from 12pm to 4pm, so I have to eat a few meals at once.
Just ate 4oz ground turkey, 3 oz chicken, 1.5 cups brown rice, 30G protein shake, 4oz turkey/chicken sammich with peppercinis, and 1tbsp Olive Oil, and one psyllium husk shake.
