So I took part in one of gym trainer's personal "revolutions" if you will. He has started what he calls the Menaissance last month, and just this past week he issued a challenge to those who are strong enough: one full week, no porn, no fapping. I accepted his challenge and it's been pretty easy since last Thursday, surprisingly.
