The german legal system prohibits me from wearing one of the swastikas that AvatarIII posted that aren't the Nazi one? I think its just the Nazi one they have laws against...

When I was referring to the German legal system, it was in reference to your not being entitled to a settlement. And, you weren't being specific as to which swastika you were hypothetically wearing. Lastly, if you need guidance as to which swastikas are taboo in Germany, you may consult your local, friendly German.
