What the hek happened to the new Sigoruney Weaver commentary?

Looks absoloutely fantastic, however I have one question...

How come there are "deleted and extended scenes" on the first 4 discs, then deleted scenes again for Alien and Aliens on disc 6? Shouldn't they all be in one place?

There's also a shit-ton of extra stuff on the 'Alien Appendix 1-4' discs that was never released on the Quadrilogy. Enough to fill 4 DVDs infact. Well worth watching if you can get hold of it, but you can't buy it anywhere. It was a fan project. Buddy no longer on the forum hooked me up with them.
