Just found out my sister is in hospital with concussion and I think they're doing tests.  I'm worried sick right now.  I don't have my own car at the moment but luckily my mother and brother-in-law are there.  I just feel helpless and I'm having an anxiety attack.  I don't know the details but it happened when she was out exercising today.

I know posting about it here isn't going to help but I'm just panicking - anything that relates to head injuries scares me.  And I'm waiting for my mother to call back when she finds out more.

Thanks, guys.  Well I just spoke to my mom and it sounds like she's had her blood pressure taken and a few other smaller things done but they still have to do the important stuff like scans etc.  Oh God, I'm having a full blown panic attack.
