I can't really say anything to Handsome.

I was in a car wreck and dislocated my shoulder.  Shortly after I had a frequently recurring abdominal strain whenever I'd try to do any lifting.

Haven't consistantly hit the weights in about five months.

Hell boy, my big toe has more of a rock than that.




You should let your triceps catch up with your biceps.  Proportian man!

That is because of the lighting, it was done in a garage... Also i was pumping out my biceps without the triceps and the other muscles on the arm.

I actually did, I put my punisher shirt on and did a photo, I try and find it, I and even asked my friend who played Blade in my film if he wanted to do it again for fun, the idea is still there, we just need to get back in the gym
