Thanks! My goal is lean muscle, But I want balance and proportion. Id like to hit 200lbs. Thats probably max for my body anyway. The biggest I got was 190 but my waist grew 2 inches at a 34"
I didnt like that since it was too much body fat. Ive trimmed back to a leaner 175, got my 32" waist back, as you can see I still look bigger. Reality is 1 year of hard training and great nutrition should yield about 10lbs of muscle.
I started this season end of feb, after 8 month off from a back injury in 2011, related to stupid ass llfting technique. This year its about form, technique, proper weight and diet.

When the end of year comes, I plan on exercising heaps for the four months I have off from uni. I am going to put on lots of lean muscle, and thankfully I have a very high metabolism so my skin will stick to my muscle like vacuum sealed packaging. It will be glorious and I will be able to masturbate to my own image. (Just kidding on that last bit)
