It's one hell of a shriek then, and a shriek still requires the same movement a roar does. He also laughs with his mask on, which is seen to use his mandibles at the end. He doesn't need to use them though.

When does he roar in predator 2?

When he kills the Columbians, when he kills Danny, when he own the train and definitely when he get hit by lightening whilst celebrating. All Shrieks and Roars.
