Tomorrow is the start date for my new engineer too. This'll be my genuine first day as a manager. I've been a supervisor before, but now I'm having to make sure HR sorts his contract and etc. I barely look after myself at, now I gotta be responsible for someone else.

It has been a while since I've been on here    Been homeless since Feb/March of this year.  Sofa surfing from pillar to post, etc.  I've come close to giving up a few times...Anyways, I've finally managed to get a small flat sorted so hopefully all will go well and to plan and I will be back online and back on the old forums soon.

I hope everyone here is ok and all is well...take care everyone and hopefully speak soon.
