LOST S6E14-16 'The Candidate, 'Across the Sea,' and 'What They Died For'
Don't even know what to say. The end of 'The Candidate' had my jaw on the floor, 'Across the Sea' immediately became one of the best single episodes of the show, and 'What They Died For' put all of the pieces exactly where they need to be for the end.
Just the finale left to watch now, and I don't think I could have hoped for a better sequence of events to build up to it. Can't wait to see how this all plays out.
Spoiler
I did find myself kind of questioning "dark side" island Ben, however. Mostly because I really loved the arc he went through at the start of the season. But then, Ben is always going to be Ben at heart, and we still have the finale to see just where things go. Something tells me he does have an agenda of his own that he's working towards.
EDIT: Was just reading up on the episodes I watched (I like to read reviews from when the show was on air to see what people were thinking at the time), and I'm kind of in shock at how much 'Across the Sea' divided the audience. I was a big fan, myself. But then again, I guess a lot of the "weird stuff" that came into the show divided the audience in general as well, and I've fully embraced all of those choices so far.
