Metallica - They had Alice in Chains (Jerry Cantrell) and Days of the New open for them.  Was awesome.. Think it was like 1999.  Metallica played mostly old stuff.  Few things from the (new at the time) Load and maybe Reload.

really? i saw them both in the family values tour last year and it was the opposite, deftones blew and korn was really good (came out into the crowd and eveything)

I use to hit MANY MANY shows.....slowed down but still hittin it.

Out of them all TOOL had the best show.....followed by NIN/Mudvayne

on my 18th B-day I went to my first show. The Pledge of Allegence tour

This was on my 18th B-day ended up going with all members of our band, our old drummer caught a drumstick in the first set......tell me thats not some detroit rock city stuff there.

the atmosphere at both were amazing and SnowPatrol just being down the road from my house and in the local park...i could easly walk to....just made it that much better

The best concert I have ever been to happened August 13, 2002, at a little place called Radio City Music Hall and the performers were TOOL...here is the set-list for all you TOOL fans out there:
