I like the Brutes in concept, but I don't like them design wise. They look too much like Apes for me to really feel them as alien. I always felt morel like I was fighting genetically engineered Gorillas than an Alien Race when fighting them. THough that being said, I do hope they return in later games.
I want my Brute Shot back.Maybe with their return in future games, we may possibly get to see some of these in action.

Brutes also were as fanatical if not more so than the elites about the forerunners and the great journey hell they joined the covenant without a fight, you'd think they would be a bit interested in visiting requiem after news gets out a fricking forerunner was there.
Well, it's no surprise they weren't part of the Storm Covenant. Since the Storm is run by Sangheili, there is little to no way they would be allowed to join after the Great Schism in Halo 2.
Though I do expect they have interest in Requiem, considering it's pretty much being occupied by two races that hate them, it's no wonder they haven't just shown up on Requiem
yet.
