I am new to the forum, but a regular user of this web page.

I am pissed off because i was taking film classes. I made three films that got good reviews from students, especially my last one. I still only got a C in thew class which means i cannot continue on to the next quarter. Now I have to find a new major.

I always wanted to be a film maker and still will try my best.

Not as easy as one thinks.
The shooting is the easy part.
Pre and Post are where the real trouble is. getting a cast, finding a location, storyboarding, props, editing, scoring, release. It is enough to make your head explode (a-la SCANNERS) but in the end, if your film gets positive reactions, you feel pretty damn good.
Plus the teachers are very selective on who continues in the program.
