If you don't mind me asking what are the prerequisites for you to get a shot where you're from?

Here in Ontario, Canada I haven't even been able to get a first shot because I'm not old or important enough.

Haven't had a listen yet, but I'm guessing it's along the same lines as using Buddhas as art pieces?  There's huge billboards on the main drag from Bangkok to the airport telling people not to do it.

It touches on a few different things including the basic history of the practice and the large Filipino workforce in LA who have been entwined with it, but yes a good chunk is along the lines of "maybe don't take vague elements of other peoples cultures and turn them into kitsch commodities", through the specific lens of tiki bars and Polynesian culture.

My parents both have their first shots now since they're old enough to be eligible and I'm glad too because I'm most worried about spreading it to them, though it took a little convincing from me.
