I never do that. I rarely log into the site from a laptop. I usually use a tablet and phone. 

And for some reason I can't copy image links, at least from my phone  ...so I host images.

A sense of humour never hurts either. 

Real talk, attitude is important yes, charisma not as much so actually (but it doesn't hurt either), but socially awkward doesn't = lost.

I personally think listening and communication are key.
