I'm with you Hicks. I am super competent, responsive and receive no complaints, yet I still have people Cc our CEO with minor requests to begin with regardless. I'm like, seriously? Why are you crowding the CEOs inbox / wasting the CEO's time with this stuff? If I don't get it done, or something is not satisfactory, then you bring the CEO in. Or if it's super important. But otherwise, seriously? SMH
