No, that would be Australia. We have birds and lizards.

Not to mention orcs and giant spiders.

90's here with about 90%+ humidity.

You could drown outside with all the water in the air.

Fun fact, the average humidity here is 80+, year round.

Oh wait that's not fun, it makes painting a chore and incurs a constant struggle against mold.

We get alittle relief in the fall and (of course) winter. But otherwise the humidity here is brutal, even at night. It stays close to 100% and there's never any wind, so it's like being locked in a steam bath all the time. And yeah, the mold can take over if you're not careful.

It's actually alittle funny when out-of-towners come here and they freak out about the high temps and humidity.

Yeah, but don't you have those cute Koala Bears there?  We don't, so see, it all evens out!

;D

Another un-fun fact, koalas are ill tempered drug addicts with razor claws, who constantly piss and shit themselves.

I already like Koalas, there's no need to convince me more.  ;)

At least your drinking Jack. If you gotta drink, it may as well be something from Tennessee.

Drinking their single barrel version today.

I remember visiting North Carolina during the summer of '85.  It was miserably hot and humid.  And the flies are huge.  And they bite.

Tennessee

It's basically a giant forest that feels like a jungle.

Yeah, horse flies. They get after me when I go walking. They like sweat.

Not over the cicadas and the screams of people being attacked by giant insects.

Must be nice. We've got lots of mountains but we hardly get any snow in the winter, just deep cold.

We get snow. But we get tired of that and the cold after Christmas.

Unless you're in Buffalo, where you're used to getting lake effect snow dumped on you every other day.

I'm just north of Fort Campbell so we sometimes get snow and sometimes don't.  The two years before last we had big snows, but last year we had none.

We actually had seasons this year.  Usually it goes from cold to hot with very few weeks of transition, this time we actually had a pretty mild spring compared to how it usually is.

Right now it hot AF.  I'm glad I'm not doing Army stuff out it in anymore.
