They're rather uncomfortable. And the hat makes you feel ridiculous after awhile. Looks great in movies, but not so much in modern times.

I never see anybody but teenagers and kids in them anymore, and they don't wear them for long. Even those small Kenny chesney hats seem to have gone away.

I think there are exceptions, but overall, i agree.
