Back into lockdown here for the second time in a month because one (1) family who caught the UK strain (thanks, poms, btw) considers themselves above the rules and keeps exposing the community, and our setup makes generous assumptions about peoples intelligence and basic decency - so one 17 year old and one 21 year old from the same house (where they weren't beaten hard enough as children apparently) will end up costing their city alone somewhere in the ballpark of 150 million dollars in lost productivity, plus all the government spending on extra testing, wage subsidies, etc.
