There are several scenes with Will Ferrell where others have trouble not laughing.
Even in the final cut of Anchorman (or Anchorman 2) you can see Christina Applegate turning her head and pretending to cough in her hand to mask laughing.
And in the SNL sketches it happens quite often. Angry Boss might be my favorite.
