The last Battlefield I truly loved was BFBC2. None of the ones since have even come close to living up to that for me.

The Bad Companies were just genius. BC2 is what got me into the series. I'm so glad that proper destructible scenery is back in BF1.

Got my hands on some drafts of Exorcist III. 8)

Nice ;). How vastly different are they to the film? are they closer to the original cut before the studio wanted to "action" up the end?

Another episode incoming?

Depends on how the schedule works out, but it's a possibility.

From what I've skimmed, it is. Now, most of the film is pretty similar, but the ending is different.

Could possibly be the original cut/ending version then :)

True, and even the parts that are more or less identical have some interesting aspects. For example, it's specifically pointed out that the woman who asks Kinderman "Are you my son?" ...

Also, Kinderman reviews It's Wonderful Life as a warm film that "fills the heart." Dyer responds that he said the same thing about Eraserhead.

I even had that urge to get my 360 and play Bad Company a little just a few days ago. It wasn't only about the destruction factor; most of the game was amazing and well-rounded. To me it felt the most balanced Battlefield game out of all.

It actually had character which helps it stand out above the other BFs and the CODs.

Finally got my kickstarter reward for backing the LightSail!  ;D Unfortunately some of the material was damaged.  :(

The script for The Overlook Hotel actually wasn't that bad.
