This was filmed in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2011 and was filmed by at least two other people in the city. They look like flairs or Chinese lanterns, which is the usual go-to-debunkery, and a pretty reasonable one... until 2:05 in the video, when things get very interesting...

Some times when people just say 'chinese lanterns' or 'flares' f**king pisses me off. Ive seen vids where people say that and the object is moving arounda nd shit,either these people have never seen a flare or a chinese lantern in real life or they are just close minded.

I also hate people that think they have answered or explained it,yet fail to take in ALL accounts of the case. bypassing shit and saying something is something else when some parts of a case say the opposite is not and explination.

A explination is only good if it encompasses ALL details of the footage or case in question.

Last year i saw a sort of "red light" in the sky... I took it to be a mere flare.. but it was moving "up" and in a straight direction...

helicopter? Plane? Seemed to be going too slow and the light disappeared after a while.
There are a lot of hobbyists around these parts so i think someone was just playing with a drone at night.

To be fair, the third video looks EXACTLY like flairs. But the first two are fascinating. Either it shows something extraordinary or they are both a coordinated CGI hoax.
