I'll be honest here, I don't know much about Lovecraft, but I still find it a shame that once again, the PC bandwagon is trying to 'change things for the better'. First this, how long before his works get taken away?
Yes I can see why he may not be a great role model for the present day, but I do think the fact this man was alive during the late 1800's to early 1900's has to be considered, times were of course
hugely different. Many famous people during this period were that way inclined, merely a sign of the times, there's nothing anyone can do about it.

If we're going to 'airbrush' out every person that has ever expressed a view that is, by modern standards, 'problematic' and not PC, then we're going to slowly end up erasing our history and run out of people to look up to. Modern society is really, seriously going down a very worrying path with all this PC outrage and enforced safe space creating.
